Dorothy A. Case is the sole shareholder and President of Case Law Firm, S.C. She attended Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Attorney Case received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1985. She has been a creditors’ rights attorney for over 30 years.

Dorothy A. Case is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and in the United States District Court, both Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Case Law Firm, S.C. is certified as a woman owned entity. Attorney Case is a member of The Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), Wisconsin Creditors Rights Association – State Bar of Wisconsin, National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC).
